- Add all the veggies fry on hight flame until half done.
- Add seasoning, salt and spices mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame.
- Spread one wrapper, place a spoonful of stuffing.
- Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing.
- Bring the sides to the center.
- Dampen the left over edge and roll the wrapper to seal.
- In a pan heat oil, add the rolls and fry until golden.
- Remove them on kitchen tissue.
