  2. Provide 4 of sausages.
  3. Get 1 of whole Nile perch fish(cut to pieces).
  4. You need of Baked beans.
  5. Use of Mayonnaise.
  6. You need of Onion.
  7. Provide 3 of tomatoes.
  8. You need of Cooking oil.

Instructions to make My breakfast:

  1. Boil potatoes after peeling then add little spices. When ready deep fry them.
  2. Fry the sausages. Then marinade the fish and deep fry in the cooking oil.
  3. Cut the tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Add to the baked beans and refrigerate..
  4. The dish is ready to be served.

Between my breakfast and lunch I have a light snack which is very often an apple or a banana with I have my lunch in my university canteen. I order a soup or another main course with a salad.
